3Account Security & Responsibility

If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact Casino Scorer support. Casino Scorer will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to take reasonable precautions.
4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on Casino Scorer are governed by the following rules:
- Deposits start from a minimum of ৳100. The maximum limit is determined by your account verification level.
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers.
- Deposits are usually instant. If a delay occurs due to a technical issue, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–48 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
Casino Scorer does not charge any transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

7Prohibited Activities

- Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.

- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

10Account Suspension & Closure

- Remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.

- An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of submitting a complaint.
- Complex cases may take up to 30 business days to resolve.
